This Privacy Policy explains how the website at moonfruit.dev (the "Site"), operated by Christopher Pallant, trading as MoonFruit ("we", "us", "our"), handles information. This policy covers the Site itself. Each product has its own Privacy Policy; see the legal directory.

If you email us using a link on the Site, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address and message. The Site has no contact form; its contact links open your email application.
Technical information
Delivering a web page requires processing connection information, such as your IP address and the requested URL. The hosting provider may keep access and security logs. Contact us for details of the hosting arrangements and retention applicable to the Site.
Cookies and browser storage
The Site saves your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics also sets cookies and collects information about how you use the Site: the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location and how you arrived. 05Third parties
Our hosting provider delivers the Site and processes necessary technical request information. Enquiries sent by email are handled by the email providers involved in delivering and storing the message.
Scripts and images are served from this Site. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details in order to send them; see Google’s privacy policy. If you accept analytics, Google (Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited) provides Google Analytics and receives the data it collects. The Site does not load advertising or embedded social feeds. Visiting an external product, social or App Store link takes you to a service with its own privacy policy.
We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
06International transfers
Email, hosting or analytics providers, including Google, may process information outside the UK or EEA. You can contact us for details of the providers and transfer arrangements applicable to your enquiry.
07Data retention
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, pursue a resulting project or meet legal obligations. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months. Hosting log retention depends on the hosting provider's settings. Contact us for details or to request deletion of information we hold about you.
08Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email moonfruitdev@outlook.com. UK/EU users also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, including the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Site or its processing changes. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision.
