This Privacy Policy explains how Stint (the "App"), published by Christopher Pallant, trading as MoonFruit ("we", "us", "our"), collects and uses your information. Fasting data is personal, so we collect as little as possible.

02Information we collect
Fasting data
Your fasting plans, start and end times, streaks and any notes you add. This may be considered health-related information, so we only use it to provide the App's features.
Optional health information
If you choose to enter information such as weight, or to connect Apple Health, the App reads or writes only the data types you permit. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings. Data from Apple Health is never used for advertising or sold.
Account information
If the App offers account or sync features, we may collect your email address to identify your account.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your precise location, and we do not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
03How we use your information
- to run your fasting timer and show your history and streaks;
- to send the reminders and coaching notifications you enable;
- to provide, maintain and improve the App; and
- to respond to support requests and keep the App secure.
04Legal basis (UK/EU users)
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process fasting and health-related information on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by choosing to enter it. Other information is processed for the performance of a contract and our legitimate interests in keeping the App secure. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the data or contacting us.
05Sharing your information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the App (for example, cloud hosting), Apple for purchases, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information or share health-related data with advertisers.
06Storage & security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and data is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take your privacy seriously.
07Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide the App or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your account and any associated data by emailing us.
08Children
The App is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at moonfruitdev@outlook.com. UK/EU users also have the right to complain to a data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
